Khoshpaint & Resin MFG / Polyurethane paints for polymer parts of household appliances
1- Solid glossy polyurethane colors2- semi-gloss metallic polyurethane colors
3- Semi-matte metallic polyurethane colors
4- Matte metallic polyurethane colors
5- Dry air primer for polymer parts
These paints have very good adhesion on polymer parts including ABS, PP and PE and have ideal results in terms of chemical properties and light resistance.
1- Solid glossy polyurethane colors
To apply this paint, first, air-dry primer for polymer parts must be sprayed, which causes better adhesion to the substrate, then polyurethane paint is sprayed.
Glossy colors that are produced in different colors are solid or non-metallic.
Excellent gloss at 20 degrees above 90 is one of the important parameters of these colors and is recommended for surfaces that require very high gloss. They also have excellent resistance to UV light and the physical, chemical and corrosion resistance of these colors are very good.
2- semi-gloss metallic polyurethane colors
The spraying process is similar to glossy paints and it must be sprayed on the air-dry lining of polymer parts. These colors have the properties of glossy polyurethane paints and only their glossiness is about 70-80 at 20 degrees and in the form of metallic colors with the amount of metal. Or the shell is made like a metallic blue carbon color. They have good resistance to UV light, and their physical, chemical and corrosion resistances are also good.
3- Semi-matte metallic polyurethane colors
The spraying process is similar to glossy paints and should be sprayed on the air-dry lining of polymeric parts. These colors have gloss at an angle of about 50-60 and are made in the form of metallic colors with a high amount of metal or shell, such as gray metallic color, in addition, these colors have resistance to normal UV light and physical, chemical and corrosion properties. They are also good.
4- Matte metallic polyurethane colors
The spraying process is similar to glossy paints and should be sprayed on the air-dry lining of polymer parts. These paints are completely opaque and are made in the form of silver or bright colors with a large amount of metal and have good chemical, physical and corrosion properties. .
The most important point about this group of colors is excellent resistance to abrasion.
5- Air-dry lining for polymer parts
For spraying all polyurethane colors, it is necessary to use the special primer layer for polymer parts.
This liner is air dry and its surface dry time is about 3 to 5 minutes. After this time, polyurethane paint should be sprayed, because this liner has an adhesion agent and causes it to stick to the sub layer.
Also, the lining has a matte surface, and it also has good physical, chemical and corrosion properties when spraying the complete system with polyurethane paint.
